Exceeded my expectations. The best seafood I’ve ever had. Service was excellent, food was top notch, restaurant and views were awesome. I highly recommend it.
Beach House has changed over the years from a burger joint to fine food in an informal setting. The food is fish centric, yet there is amazing variety. Vegans and vegetarians can find delicious, satisfying meals. Find the right table and you can watch the sunset over desert, coffee or cocktails. Fairly prices at a perfect location.
Dined here years ago at Spring Break with no issues. This year, different story. Quoted 30 minute wait. Gave up after 90 minutes. Manager was no help. Can’t quote on the food since the wait forced us to not dine there. Adults going, it’s probably fine. Seniors or kids, probably not worth the wait.
Oh my, bad service, tourist food. Salad was hot but food was cold ! Not totally busy, server not English fluent. Wait wait wait. Salad out at same time as dinner. View was lovely. Could see it anywhere along the beach without fragmented overpriced institutional food. YIKES!
If you go there, ask to set outside, The view is breathless. Now, let’s talk food. We started at the bar while we are waiting for our table (A party of 10). We waited a while for our table, and we didn’t mind it as we sat outside watching the beach and the waves.We got our table and …our waitress…took our food order and disappeared for long while (maybe 45 min or so). Then she showed up in a panic asking what everyone had ordered. She had lost our ticket and she has not yet turn our food in. We couldn’t believe it. We gave her our order again, and the food showed up about 30 min later. The food was blah, but I guess we are paying the high price for the view and the location. Since we are a party of 10… tip was already include on the bill. $29.46 18% auto gratuity. For what? the bad service we got?Overall, it is a tourist place. Why would they care if someone got bad service. Most tourist never come back anyway. I give it a 5 for the view. 1 for the service, and 1 for the food vs price.
Dissappointed with service. The restaurant brought out a menu and I ordered off of the menu. The food was fine. When I got the bill it was $7 more than the menu stated. The waiter told me there was only one menu. I told him I saw the price on the menu and that was not it. I questioned whether there might be a lunch menu. He stated he would get the manager. The manager came over and said he would check into it, walked to the counter, sorted the menus to make sort the menus (lunch and Dinner) I suppose and did not return. He offered me a dessert. It is my opinion the manager should have adjusted the price on the meal to the price on the menu and that did not happen.
