When in France, order the burger. Great lunch, friendly staff. I had the French burger. A great burger served with lettuce and onion on a crispy, perfect baguette. Served with a salad. Orange marmalade crepe was a great end to the meal. A very pleasant surprise.
Excellent little French restaurant walking distance to the beach. I ordered the south buck ( a buckwheat crepe filled with bacon, egg and ratatouille – a mixture of sauted veggies) it had excellent flavor and was a generous portion. It came with a small side salad with homemade French vinaigrette. Service was friendly and the food came out surprisingly quick for the weekend crowd.
The BEST french toast in the world. How can no one have mentioned this yet?!! Whatever else you order, you must have the french toast. Also, the salad dressings are homemade and fabulous. Service is warmly attentive.
Wonderful dinner. Attentive service, good wine, reasonable prices and a crepe dessert to die for. Best of a week on Anna Maria Island!
The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The chefs are authentic. We had a nice older woman for service who provided somewhat strange service by leaving in the middle of taking our order to give food another table and being rather snippy when it came to inquiring about the food–perhaps she means well. Oh well, the food was enough to overcome this. They had the best crepes and croissants I have ever had.

I spent my Birthday weekend on the island and the place was recommended by good friends . We spent three straight mornings here for breakfast .my favorites are the buckwheat crepes , french toast and verrioness coffee . Staff was wonderful , wait time was good . Wish I could have tried the dinners . Maybe next time , merci island creperie !
