I’ve eaten here twice now. Gyro was incredible the first time. Tonight we had escargot, not so good. The Caesar salad for two was made table side and was amazing. I had steak Diane, which was well seasoned and perfectly cooked and also prepared tableside however the sauce was winey, the vegetables were cooked perfectly. Phil had stuffed shrimp, it was ok. Service was good and knowledgeable but slow.
Not impressed. We went here for my grandmother’s 98th Birthday. We had a group of 21 people, so they opened early for us so we didn’t take up any customer seating. We went for dessert and soda. We were only permitted to buy 1 type of dessert (per the waitress) and 1/2 of us didn’t care for it. All I wanted was plain vanilla ice cream and was told no. We were charged an outrageous price ($7), imo for one scoop of ice cream with their special topping (which was disgusting). The waitresses took forever to refill our drinks, which was unacceptable because we were the only people in the restaurant. I will never return here and suggest you use your money elsewhere if you want to be satisified with your dessert options.
Vest Bad Pasta. Ordered the spaghetti and got the worst spaghetti I have ever had, mushy way over cooked. Sent back and was served still overcooked pasta with a very peppery sauce.
