Love it!. Great place for a bite to eat! Whether you’re on the go or want to hang with friends/family…Fresh food and friendly service. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu and I am impressed every time!! They have such a variety, you will never be bored! I am from up north (NJ) so it feels like a little piece of home when I am there surrounded by the images of city-life. My favorite meal is the fish tacos and onion rings! They make their own onion ring dip that is phenomenal!! Thank you BCG for bringing Brandon yummy food :]
Very poor service do not go here!! We found this place through groupon snd was excited about trying this new place…however upon arrival we made our order and was told the price and went to pay wiyh debit card and was told no had to pay with cash which is fine but when the manager came out with thr wrong order I told him that I hsd ordered something different manager Michael proceded to tell me tough sh!@ you get what you get on a groupon and to quit being so cheap…when I said excuse me?! He threw the basket of fries in my face and to leave for being rude…in mt opinion this is a reject of a manager and he represents the big city grill youd get better customer service in a prison lunch line go if u like that kind of service but ill never go again!
Bad service. Went in the other to to try out the food, nothing is wrong with that side of it. But the manager was very impatient with his workers, stomped around and made the whole experience very uncomfortable for me as the customer. I had heard this before hand but was shocked at his behavior. I wouldn’t advise going there. Plenty of other places out there with better food, better service and a friendlier atmosphere,
Don’t go there. I was there last sat, with a coupon , the place looked good, but what threw me off was the manager yelled at the girl at the cashier,other than that food was great
Good food, great service. I went there today and was greeted by the owner. He was very friendly and helpful when trying to decide what to order. The food was excellent, I had a hoagie and onion rings. For sure a good place to try!
So good. The food was amazing, fresh, and portions were very generous. I don’t understand all of the poor reviews on here. The BEST hoagie and sweet potato fries I have ever had plus the prices were extremely good. Met the owner and he was very knowledgeable and personable. My new fav place.
Disappointed!! Was excited to try these guys out but was let down. Burger is tasteless no flavor and on the dry side and was suppose to be fresh cut fries, but turn out to be store bought crinkle cut fries. It does look nicer that Pankos when it was there but the food is still the same. 🙁
