We went Friday night for the heart pizza, having called ahead to make sure that they were making them, and ordered one. We reaffirmed with the waitress that we could order one and asked what size they came in. When our pizza came out it was not a heart. We told the girl delivering it to our table (not our waitress) that we were suppose to have a heart pizza. She said she saw that on our ticket, knew it was wrong, but still brought the pizza out. She then asked if we had told our waitress at the time of ordering that we wanted a heart, trying to put the fault on us. We told her yes and that is why it says it on our ticket. She just shrugged her shoulders and said oh well. We tried to get the attention of the manager, but he seemed to stop at every table but ours. Our children were very upset. It had been awhile since we had been here for pizza and was excited to visit again- this will be our last visit.
Too long waiting, inflated prices… The food is decent at best, but for the price you’d think it was gourmet artisan or something. For a home delivery you’ll have to wait about an hour for a simple pizza and a couple of salads. Again, for the prices they charge this is unacceptable to me. I will not spend my money there again. Neither will any of my friends, if I can help it.
Have to go. Best pizza around. Garlic knots are good too.
Pizza!. Im from up north and I had just about given up all hope on finding some good new york style pizza like back home until I found this place. My favorite pizza in the area hands down. I recommend to everyone! I order from there all the time never have a problem 🙂 Good pizza for a reasonable price and friendly service at the front what more can you ask for .
Rleblan. The best pizza and calzone in the county. The salad is fresh, the help is helpful and the pricing is reasonable. Overall, I will always return.
Have eaten here for over 3 years. I love everything about it, their food tastes great. but one time my friend and i were eating it, and she rolled up her piece and squeezed all the grease out of it. i was disgusted. its a great tasting pizza, but they need to use less grease. i love the salads, garlic knots, french fries, and wings. overall a great place, but if they cut down the grease, it would be fantastic
I just came back from having lunch with my husband, and son at Bloomingdale Pizza. My 4 year old son had gone there on a field trip, and it was great, so he wanted to go back!! We ordered a large pizza and we waited 20 minutes. Which was fine, but when the pizza finally came the crust was really hot, and the cheese was cold, and the pizza was soggy. We just figured ok, this pizza sucks!! We don’t like to fuss, so we were eating it, and it tasted weird!! My husband said you can tell this was an old reheated pie. Well when we paid the bill I asked the waitress if this pie was fresh, and she was very sweet, and honest said NO, that it was a reheated house pie, because they burned our pie. All they had to do was tell us, and make a new one!! Stuff happens!! They weren’t busy we were the only ones in there!! The waitress said that she would tell the owner, and when she told me what he said, I couldn’t believe it!! He said that if we want we could have the original burnt pie!! What were they saving it for?? Bad business sense!! Are you kidding?? Is that how they conduct business?? Never again will we go there!! I will make it my business to tell everyone possible about this. My son will find a new place!! The only good thing about this place was the waitress!! Such a shame!! I don’t recommend this place at all, unless your looking to waste money!!
