Great Experience. I recently visited the Cork & Olive this past week, and they are under new ownership since my previous visit. I noticed quite a few distinct differences with the new ownership. The owner is now a female, and while I cant recall her name, she had traveled around the bar, socializing, and made a very personable first impression with us. You can sense a real passion behind her taste for wine, and her passion for setting a very romantic and inviting tone. The new floor plan layout is roomy and allows for a less cramped feel. Great experience overall, I give the C&O a 10 out of 10. HIghly recommended.
