My husband doesn’t care for jesses but he took me tonight for my bday. He ordered a burger bcuz he doesn’t like their steaks. He ordered it with ketchup, mustard and pickles, and well done. It came out covered with lettuce, tomato and onions, which he hates. Rather than complain, he removed the unwanted items. He cut in in half to eat it , and blood ran out. The waiter was rude when he complained, and the manager didn’t have the courtesy to come to our table to try to make it right. So on my birthday, my husband watched me eat alone. Way to go Jesses. We eat there once a year for my birthday, but never again.
Rotten Meat. Had the worst piece of meat I have ever had, the meat was spoiled. They tried to say it was the seasonings, but I tried the other steaks at the table. Nope, my steak was spoiled. The cuts are cheap, overcooked & expensive. Very embarrassed cause we had out of town guests. Very poor service. Won’t be back.
Parking is horrible! Service was poor. Took the server forever to even greet me. She was friendly to her regulars, but treated me like I welcomed family at the holidays.
Will not be going back. Wife and i decided to try Jesse’s after getting some coupons from the brandon clipper, we ordered clam chowder, which had chunks of flour in it, and was way to salty, our steaks came out on fajita skillets that were so hot, that even though i had ordered my steak medium rare, by the time it made it to the table it was almost cooked through. It was like chewing shoe leather. the service was mediocre at best and the decor was drab, dark and uninviting. The food was also overpriced. Like i stated, will not be going back.
Poor Customer Service. My boyfriend and I went during an early dinner with his two kids. I actually know the waitress that served us. I ordered the Steak Oscar Mid Rare, my Boyfriend ordered the New York Strip Mid rare as well. When our steaks came out they were cooked Mid well to Well. When you get a Mid Rare steak it should be bleeding when you cut into it. Ours were dry with a slight line of Pink in the middle. We were pretty unhappy about our steaks. We told our server about the steaks and she said that she was sorry and asked if we wanted new ones. We didnt have the time to wait for other steaks to cook. We told her that we would just eat our sides that we got and would be fine. She then brought us a coupon for a Buy one get One half off. That really aggrivated me, telling me that we would still be paying for the steaks that we didnt eat. When the server came back before we paid, I asked her if there was anyway we could just pay for the sides that we ate, since we had a bite each of the improperly cooked steaks. She (the owners daughter) said she will see what she could do. She came back to the table and told me that the Manager(Julie) said that the coupon is the best she could do. My boyfriend was getting very aggitated, he finally said to just pay the $77.00 bill and we will be on our way. I used to go to Jesse’s all the time, this though will be our last visit. The manager never even walked over to the table to apologize or to explain her self as to why we still had to pay for the steaks that were not cooked as we asked.
Well here’s the latest rating this time about jesse’s Kids said the shrimp were crispy and very well cooked baked potatoes were very well executed and creamy with all the right flavors except they tasted like chicken??? The pork chops were GREAT well seasoned and very tender. All the fixings were just what we were looking for. NOW TO BAD SIDE. The Steak tips XXXX not so much. The tips were tough with a gristle line running through the middle. VERY TOUGH AND DRY! Hoping for red, yellow, & green bells only got green and roasted tomatoes Only thing that was Caesar in the Caesar Salad was the dressing. Wrong lettuce and well just a Garden Salad with a container Caesar dressing. A $70 ticket for family of 3 won’t make that mistake again.
Horrible service. We use to eat a Jesse’s once a week,the service has gone down,place needs to be cleaned and updated. Walked out tonite after waiting for a server,seems like the mgr has fovorite customers and the rest of the customers are just lucky to get foood and service. Jesse’s is living off past reputation and you won’t see me spending my money there again.
