My friend and I are Longhorn fans and have been for over three years and Alex in Brandon makes eating at the bar a totally fun experience. We have seen him handle all kinds of people : happy, mad, tired and Alex always maintains a happy and cheerful demeanor. Yay Alex! We drive from Tampa because your cool!
Best filet I’ve EVER had. We just went again for the second night in a row!
Disappointed. I’ve made it a habit not to eat red meat, but when I walked into the Longhorn Steakhouse, I knew I had to have a steak. I just couldn’t resist. I had Flo’s Filet. Surprisingly, I found the steak to be a bit bland. You would figure that after 6 years of no steak the flavor would just burst in your mouth, but I was disappointed. The baked potato was small with only a tiny dollop of sour cream (they could be more generous at the prices!). The food tasted good, but I think they could do better on pricing. There was also a very large, very loud party right next to us. They were so loud we could not hear each other without raising our voices. People like that discourage me from going to restaurants, but I guess they bring in good money so the management does nothing about rude loud mouths.
So So. Went there for a early Friday dinner there was a waiting line so we went to the bar and decided to eat there. Food was very good. Burger was good and the ribs fell off the bone…My biggest complaint was the service form the barmaid inattentive to say the least. It was hard to order cocktails even though she would walk by and see our empty glasses. We ordered an appetizer, we waited and waited to get a to go box for what we didn’t finish. After our meals came it was the same thing it took a very long time to get her attention so we could get our check an another to go box–not to mention we sat there with empty glasses an dirty dishes in front of us….To make matters worse the next morning I discovered that I received the couple’s next to us check! I’ll take the blame since I was in a hurry to get out and the total seemed like what it should have been…Overall the food was good but I highly doubt we will back just too many other places in the area to take a chance of another bad experience…
Best steakhouse I have been to in a long time. The staff was friendly and the food was awesome. I recommend the caramel apple goldrush desert. The bartenders Keith and Lindsey were friendly and actually knew how to make the drink I asked for. Very good experience and I am not easy to satisfy when it comes to service and drinks. If you are looking for a good place to eat, it is worth the wait if there is one.
Good Food. We frequent this place fairly often. The food is good. The service is almost always great. I think the quality of food in this restaurant is much better than Outback. I would suggest trying it if you are in the area. Brandon and Lisa are great servers!
Whatever u order make sure to get their homemade ranch dressing on the side it is AMAZING
