This was my second visit here. The first, no issues, food was great. Second time, I was greeted at the register with a rude employee. She sighed as we walked in and walked to the register. I have only been there one time so we were looking at the menu. The employee. was upset with answering any questions. I looked at another person in my party and said maybe we should go. We decided to keep ordering and she continued to give us attitude. She was tapping the counter top with her nails, when asked a question she did not reply, merely put a finger up as if to say hold on. We were the only ones there, the phone was not ringing. We decided to leave. I said to cancel my order, you are rude and we will be bringing our business elsewhere. As I walked out the door she said f*!@ you!. I couldn’t believe it. I told the owner who was standing within listening distance and said he did not hear it. He also said that type of behavior is unacceptable and said she would no longer be working there. Little did he know, my daughter does dance in the same plaza and we drove by the business on the way out and there she was, still working. I cannot believe the owner would lie to us and expect me to just come in and order the food. I will never be going back to this establishment.

Ugh!. Im from philly, born and raised there, i was looking at this place as maybe finally a place with authentic philly food and hard to get items, i was wrong. although the menu says they carry real racks of real philly soft pretzels they do not!they also do not carry the tastycakes thats on their menu!i was told if i wanted those things i would have to drive from brandon to town and country in tampa, um…. arent these the items that make you a philly type restaurant?i had an average cheese steak that could have came from any corner pizza shop. my wife had a boring average cheese burger. do yourself a favor and dont come here if your looking for real philly anything. bloomingdale pizza is much better and they have the stuff on thier menu too.
