Best pizza I have had in the Tampa Bay Area.. As a New Yorker I miss good pizza but this place definitely fills that hole!
Brandon High Football LOVED IT!. We were having a pizza party for the Brandon High School football team after practice and we ordered from Pizza Haven. The owners were so accommodating. They delivered it to the field and we served the boys in the bleachers. The boys LOVED IT! They said it was the best Pizza they had ever had! The Garlic Knots were wonderful too! 🙂
Amaaazzzinggggggg. Best Pizza in town! So delicious and very resonablely priced considering its not a chain. Staff is super friendly and welcoming! I definitaly reccomend it and will keep coming back!
Awesome NY style pizza best in town
As you can see on the pics this is good pizza. I posted my comments on the pizza previously and did not notice that the oily pizza complainers posted a pic. As I said if you put pepperoni or beef on your pizza you will have oil. and after that pizza sits on box for a while you will see stains of oil. Stick to a vegetarian pizza and you won’t have any oil and much flavor. Or you can take a few napkins and gently dab the top and your good to go. I really get upset when people try to bad mouth some one or a establishment with out even communicating and giving them a chance to take care of the situation. The clown complaining about oil on his pizza knows nothing about pizza. If you order pepperoni I don’t care who you order from it will have oil on it.If you want your crust to be crispier order it that way. This pizza blowes every one elses away in flavor, price and service. If you have a problem they will take care of you. How many times have we all been to Mcdonalds and B king and they give you cold food or wrong order ? And did you ever go back ? Of course you did and you told them what was wrong right and they took care of you. So this family run business will to the same but they can’t read your mind so voice your complaint to them and you will see that you will be having the best pizza around these parts. Just like B king they will give it to you your way and you will like It .P
Great Pizza/Enviroment. The pizza is great, especially if you are into the NY Style. The sizes are NY sizes, and the style is NY to the fullest. The owner Moe is great, friendly, talkative, overall good guy. It seems to be an one man show on the culinary side so everything is consistent, it is locally owned and operated, this is plus if you ask me. I frequent this establishment when I am in the mood for good pizza, as often as possible.
Large Pizza. This was our first time ordering from Pizza Haven.We ordered the large pepperoni and cheese pizza.The worest pizza I have ever had. The crust was limp, burnt on the bottom and actually dripping with grease. There were grease puddles on the top of the pizza, and the thing glistened under the light from the grease that covered it. The bottom of the box the thing came in was soaked in oil. But, I gave it a taste anyway. Why not, I just received my home delivery of Crestor in the mail Wedensday so I have an antedote for grease on the dresser. The pizza slice flaped in my hand when I picked it up. And grease literly driped from the slice. I had already prepared myself for something quit unpleasent, so I was ready for the overly soaked flavor of oil and sponge like crust topped with oil, unflavored pepperoni and greasey splotches of government like cheese. Three bites and I was done tasting and could not stomach any more. We could not finish this mess. Its was the worst. By the way, this oil sodden mess cost me $17.50 for the pizza and $2.50 extra for delivery.
