  Poor quality poor customer service. I have been going to this bakery for about 3 years cause quite frankly there is no other cupcake shop in the brandon/valrico area. Always kept giving them the benefit of the doubt even when the cake is usually dry. Today was my last time ever going to this place because its the first time I had to deal with the rude owner Karen. After mistakenly giving my mom 3 wrong cupcakes we immediately noticed in the car and took them back to get the right ones. Even though the owner wasnt the one that took the order she loudly and extremely rudely proceeded to tell my 70 year old mother that once the cupcakes came out the store they would not exchange them. Nevermind that we return them 2 minutes after being given the wrong ones. When my mom came back to the car embarrassed of the way this incredibly rude loud mouthed owner spoke to her, I called the shop only to be hunged up on and then called back by the same lady that had just turned her away, to tell me that she was trying to wave me back in to get the correct cupcakes because she couldnt exchange them at the time due to other customers being around and she didnt want them seeing her take back cupcakes. Not only did she proceed to speak badly about the other customers but she never admitted to handling the situation in an unprofessional manner. How many decent shops wouldnt just take the wrong cupcakes, throw them away and give the customer the right ones? Probably most of them but dont expect good basic customer service from this place just like u cant expect good moist cupcakes.

  Soooo delicious. Just had a fudge stuffed chocolate chip cookie from there. Never had such a delicious cookie like that. 5 stars.

  Terrible Cuatomer Service. This company does not respect their customers and they do not return messages left on their business phone. I will never contact them again. There are many other quality bakeries in the area who provide excellent customer service. Therefore, I do not recommend using this company for your bakery needs.

  I had a cake made by them for my daughters 13th birthday. The cake was very well decorated exactly to order but the flavor was NP different then a cake purchased at Publix. IMHO, not worth the $75 I paid for a one tier cake.
