Being from New Orleans, I was skeptical about this restaurant when I discovered it. Loving New Orleans cuisine I visited Tibby’s and my 1st impression upon entering was a good one. A waitress walked by with a bowl of gumbo and the Aromatics of the Roux and color of the gumbo was dead on. I knew I would like it. I have been back several times and love the Creole Jambalaya too. Two Big thumbs up.. floridaography.com
