Not Worth It. Fast casual Americanized Chinese. The menu makes for easy ordering, and anyone who’s eaten at Chipotle or Qdoba will feel right at home. The place was clean, bright, with helpful signage. Staff are helpful. Much is made of using green, recyclable materials, no MSG, etc… this is all good. Sadly, the food is this restaurant’s weak point, specifically the sauces. Ginger Sesame sauce was good, but my King Pao was just awful, tasting like no Kung Pao we’ve had before. They’ve got 6 base sauces to choose from, and a sauce bar that you can use to ramp up the base sauce. At the sauce bar, the sriracha and sweet chili sauce were very good, but the hoisin was terrible. The hot mustard sauce turned out to be yellow mustard. Seriously. The advertised plum sauce was a no-show. If the sauces are hit-or-miss, the meats and vegetables are a hit. Perfectly prepared, the meats are tender and the vegetables are fresh and tender-crisp. The only off note here were the carrots, which were finely shredded and didn’t work so well with the other veggies that are cut into squarish chunks. The rice is also good, although I felt the brown rice outshone the white rice, which was borderline gummy. Lunch for 2, with entrees and soft drinks ran us $21, a little on the high side for fast casual. Although there were a few high points, they couldn’t make up for the disappointments. We won’t be back.

Great Everything!. Ambiance is casual. Food is delish! You order from the main counter so your food in exactly how you like it. They deliver to your table and handle the clean up. There are free strawberry flavored fortune cookies and free hot tea. I love being able to run my errands and have a healthy eating option in Brandon as there are very few in the area. Proteins are dusted with flour before cooking but you can request that your dish not be prepared that way for dietary restrictions. Vegan and vegetarian friendly.

Overpriced for the small amount of food they provide… Everything is a la carte… And they do not provide any dipping sauce other than soysauce.

Delicious, fresh, wholesome. Finally, an Asian restaurant featuring delicious, fresh food without MSG, additives or preservatives, prepared to order – even giving you the option of selecting your own veggies! Three of us dined on kung pow chicken, veggies with black bean sauce and General Tsao’s shrimp, as well as three sensational appetizers. We were blown away – all the dishes were wonderful. We will return often!

Didn’t like it. Paid $12 for stirfry noodles with shrimp and a side of wonton soup. The noodles were heavy with oil and the whole dish tasted of burnt oil. I believe with some help, this could be fixed. Wonton soup was good, but small portion. Overall, if given a discount, I’d try it again.

I so wanted to like this. The concept is great and the service was some of the best I’ve seen at a counter service place. However, my family did not like the taste of any of the six things we ordered. We felt the sauces were too strong and sweet. The won ton soup tasted so strongly of ginger that it was hard to finish. I wish this place served food we liked, but I doubt we will give it another chance.
