Very Good and good Service. A great fast food restaurant, my wife and I have ate here on multiple occasions at least 7 times that I can think of and every time food was quick, fresh and hot. I have been to many Zaxby’s but this one service and quality wise is right at the top.
Bad customer service. Waited 30 minutes for two dine-in orders – very simple ones, too, just a salad and a snak pac. When they finally came out, they were wrong. The food sucks and it’s expensive.
Is fresh and hot gone???. My friends and I ate here for the first time and the food was hot, fresh and delicious. We went back to it again recently and the chicken was very, very greasy, the fries were room temperature and cold slaw was okay. Tried it again to see if it was just an off moment for Zaxby’s. Nope. This time we asked for everything to be made fresh for our order and the chicken was okay not really crispy, the fries were again room temperature and were so overly salty and this time the toast was even room temperature. How long has this stuff been under the heat lamp??? The sauce is great. The fries are just like Ore-Ida crinkle cut fries with season salt on them. The chicken is good just needs to be served HOT and CRISPY. For what you pay, I expect more and better. You can get fresh fried chicken from Publix and fries from the freezer section for a lot less money. Very disappointing.
