Not very customer friendly. Had lunch there yesterday, beautiful day to be sitting on their deck enjoying some food and drinks. The two waitress working seemed very overwhelmed by the 8 tables that they had to service. Very unorganized. We used a groupon certificate. That seemed to change everything. We were there an hour before the happy hour. We were told that we could not get happy hour drink prices. Asked if we could have our late lunch with drinks, then maybe cash out. Then stay for a few drinks during happy hour. We were told that the owner would not allow. So we decided to go else where for our after lunch cocktails. Can not understand this concept. When our food arrived one of my guest had a steak that was full of fat and was tough to chew. After we were done she was asked if she wanted another. At this point we were ready to leave. We asked if we could take it to go. No was the answer. So we really had no benefit from the Groupon. Also, when we were leaving we went to use the ladies room and found a man in there. This guy used the ladies room because the door on the men’s room had broken slats in the door. So anyone could see in. I was grossed out, not only did he use the ladies room, he took a dump. Disgusting, needless to say we left without using the ladies room. Overall this place really needs to look at its policies and customer satisfaction. Very disappointed.
Food was very good. But restaurant is extremely loud. Best with a group, good food, portions and price
We have eaten here multiple times in the last year. Each time we have taken good friends that have never eaten here. They all loved it as much as we did. Never had a bad meal and always have excellent service. We love eating out on the patio (except under the tree that drops nuts). Always a nice breeze.
Service Above and Beyond. Seated at our waterfront table, I heard a plop and then a splash, realizing that my phone had fallen into the intercoastal. The outside bartender – Johnathan – left his customers at the bar, rolled up his shorts, and climbed on the rocks below into the frigid water to retrieve my phone (see picture). Our waiter, Andrew, was waiting with a bag full of rice to hopefully help my device dry out. They saved me, and went above and beyond the call of duty. The food was good too – a seafood stuffed portobello and a NY strip with blue cheese. THANK YOU GUYS!!
Food was great! Fresh Seafood. View is outstanding. Margaritas were little alcohol and all sour mix; so unless on happy hour stay away from those. I’d give a 9.5 out of 10.
Perfect!!. The view is unsurpassed! The food is delightful… best fish in town! Very reasonable prices makes this MY favorite restaurant!
