Our Dinner and Service Great, Witnessed Spectacular Noodle Spill By Server. We had a nice meal here Saturday night. Our service was great. My linguine pescatore was the best execution I’ve ever had at a Carrabba’s, hot and fresh. The only downer of the evening was a classic and spectacular drop and spill of a bowl of noodles at the table next to us. I felt very sad for the young man at that table that got some sauce on himself and the server left a pile of noodles right near his foot for 10 minutes!! She didn’t even attempt to clean it up and the other server nearby just stepped over them!!! A hostess came by and sanitized the floor after the server swept up the noodles leaving a big piece of zucchini by his foot. I finally told the young manager and he was very apologetic.
Great atmosphere. We enjoyed Carraba’s last night. This used to be a regular for us but hadn’t been there in about a year. Even though they were busy, we were accommodated at a large table in the bar area. We weren’t sure who our primary server was, since there seemed to be three different people waiting on us. Nonetheless, we received our meal in less than 30 minutes and everyone provided excellent service. The portions were large enough to take some home and everything was delicious.
Good food… could use work on service. I usually dont compalin about waitstaff because I work as a server myself, but I took family here tonight to take a break from things, and the food was fantastic as always, but our server Grace was incredibly rude to my family. I couldn’t believe it. Because of her nastiness, we will go elsewhere next time. I didn’t go out to dinner to put up with nonsense.
Food was good but salty. We made a reservation and arrived early and still waited another hour past our RESERVATION time
Excellent service! Ordered the sirloin, my better half ordered the chicken parmeson. Both were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Love this restaraunt!!
Everything from soup to calamari to chicken is heavy on the salt.
Wonderful! Bread with oil and spices to start off is hard to resist. Tell the server no on the third loaf. It could ruin the rest of dinner because you won’t be able to eat all the delicious things to come. I left so full and I had to laugh at the thought of desert. Would have had to carry me out!
