Just when I thought that the Mexican restaurants couldn’t get any worse in the spring hill and brooksville area, I was wrong!! This place is has the worse Mexican food I have ever eaten. It didn’t even come with Mexican rice but a yellow uncle bens looking rice with peas in it, weird! My chimichanga wasn’t made with a tortilla but some weird thick flatbread. It’s run by white people who obviously don’t know anything about authentic Mexican cuisine!! I do not understand all the positive reviews but I assume it is from the business itself or their friends or family. They won’t be in business long.. The place was dead as a door nail at 7pm!!

Update: Still the place to go for Mexican!. We just recently went here a couple weeks ago! Still has the best food and service! We have been going here off and on for over 2 years and it never has failed to please us! They recently have updated the seating and are very comfortable! Give it a try- you won’t be sorry!21 Dec, 2009Delicious Food!. We have been to many Mexican restaurants and feel this is one of the best anywhere! The service is fantastic and very friendly. The complimentary chips are served with hot and mild salsa-excellent taste. We had the Flauta and Ranchero Burrito for lunch, plus the Fried Ice Cream. Generous portions and good prices. Very nice decor and clean, with comfortable tables and booths. Parking is limited right by the restaurant since it is downtown (across from courthouse), but there is a public parking lot next door, across the street.
This is a great mexican resturant. I had PolloFundido which is a chicken and onion dish with a cheese sauce. It was super! My friend had Pork Carnitas, and it was great also…..i was going to try it next time but i just had to have the PolloFundido again because it was so good…so next time, i will have the Pork Carnitas…yumyum i am getting hungry!!Nice cozy place and great friendly service. Prices are good too. Love the place
Great food, definitely get the enchiladas or anything with the shredded beef. The guacamole is very fresh and home made. The food is consistently good and good service. Best in Brooksville.
My only criticism…. Is to clean the high chairs…the food was good & affordable.
Thumbs up! Have eaten here several times and it’s consistently good.
