OMGosh, we totally understand now why the ratings are so high for this place. We had an absolutely DELICIOUS Calzone and Stromboli and the wait staff were some of the best around– really treated us like family.

Nasty!. Had dinner there last night and the food was horrible. Had their Hearts of Romaine with Gorgonzola Dressing. No taste to the salad and Gorgonzola is a pretty sharp cheese. Well they put the wrong dressing on it. Brought out the dressing after with shaved Parmesan, so basically made my own salad. The Gorgonzola was actually a mild blue cheese, still had no taste. Didn’t eat the salad it was so nasty. Asked the general manager to remove it from the bill and she refused. Called back to talk to the manager today and apparently I ate the salad. This was the reason why they wouldn’t take it off the bill. I also added that the pasta wasn’t good either and the managers response was I guess this place isn’t for you then. I asked to speak with the owner and was told that it’s not possible. I have worked in the hospitality business for over 25 years as a manager and now owner of a catering company and I have dedicated my career to customer service and customer satisfaction and this restaurant is lacking in both areas. It would explain why we were the only ones in the restaurant at the time.
