Rusty’s is a fun place with entertainment, a view, outside seating, and friendly staff. The food is decent, but, while other members of my family have really enjoyed their food, I must say I’ve never been blown away. I still enjoy the restaurant and like to go but I will continue to go through the menu until I find that perfect dish.
The service, music and drinks were good, but the food was terrible! Came to eat with a table of 6 & we each ordered something different off the menu. Salads were hot, grouper was over cooked. Crab cakes tasted funny and steak was way over seasoned. If you’re looking for a good place to eat I would keep driving!
A local favorite, we’ve been coming here for years. It has a great view of the port. Service and food is good. New texting system to tell you when your table is ready.

Great place. My family went here during the Thanksgiving weekend when the art festival was going on. We were worried it would be a mad house but we walked in and got a great table inside but near the windows. The outside patio is wonderful and a great place to watch the cruise ships in port. Lindsay took very good care of us. My husband and I both had fried shrimp and they were delicious. Their drink menu is very good too. Very cute restaurant at the port!
Very disappointed. My husband and I were looking for a good oyster place to eat thinking this was the place to go we were fooled. My husband ordered the Captains Platter which was supposed to come with a variety of seafood what he got was a joke. 2 shrimp 2 tiny oysters 3 pieces of nugget size fish, and calamari spread out on a mountain of French fries. First and last time we will eat at Rustys. This plate alone was 25 dollars. I will pass this along to family and friends.
My fiance and I go here every time we come to cocoa. Love the atmosphere and the food is as fresh as can be!!
