The best Cuban food in Brevard County. I am from Miami and Cuban. I have tried every Cuban place in town. This place is small and closes early, but if you get a chance to go, you will not be sorry AT ALL! The Cuban Sandwich is delicious. If you like a little tiny kick, tell him spicy and you will not be disappointed. I was totally shocked at how awesome it was as being Cuban we do not eat spicy foods. The Coffee is delicious and the owners will give you a warm welcome and make you family after the first visit! YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED!!!
So glad we found this place! Everything is fresh & deliciouslyliciousness (my son’s word). Obviously I’m in a food coma after an amazing lunch. Alberto & Maria treat you like family, calling out greetings over the counter as you walk in the door. Highlight of our spring break!

Best Cuban food in the area. This little cafe is very good for several reasons. The food is amazing and very authentic. I grew up eating this type of food and have been to other places who claim the food is authentic and is not. Vargas Cafe is the real deal.The food is fresh and made from scratch. The service is very friendly. Going to Vargas to eat is almost like eating at a friend’s house. The conversation is fun and the company very friendly. Mr. and Mrs. Vargas have created a great little place to go, hang out and enjoy very good food. If you are in the area, come here to eat. You won’t regret it.
