Anthony on the Blvd., Del Prado Blvd, Cape Coral, Fl., Here is my 2 cents on the food and chatter.I went here for the breakfast buffet. $10 with coffee.NOTE: ( on your birthday you get the percentage of your birthday on your meal. ie. 65yo. U get 65% off.)If you like traditional Americanize breakfast buffet this is for you. Cinnamon rolls, bacon, sausage, biscuits, toast etc. They have a egg station. So you can get over easy sunny side up etc. Also so called omelet…The guy who makes the eggs has been here for a while…HE does NOT know how to make the traditional-french omelet as we know it. He would never pass as a chef in France…. ;-(Aside from lacking this skill he does an excellent job.Anyway food is hot, fresh ,good quality and fine service.October 2017Anthony on the Blvd., Del Prado Blvd., Cape Coral, FL, Here is my 2 cents on the food and chatter.Well here are my thoughts on the breakfast buffet. 10.22 with taxes. It was wonderful. Bacon, sausage, pancakes, biscuits, grits, gravy, toast and hot cinnamon rolls.Good coffee AYCD. A omelet or egg station. The only thing I have thats miss the mark.. It is the omelet. It is not made the tradition french style, but they are making 3-4 orders at one time. in a quick. You tell them what kind of eggs and they literally whip it up..Staff was on point ,food was hot and refilled as needed.I hope they can keep the excellence up.April 2017Anthony on the Blvd., Del Prado, Cape Coral, FL. Here is my 2 cents on the food and chatter. The food. Lunch special, meatloaf, mashed taters and green beans. The best item were the green beans.Seemed to be fresh could be frozen tasted fineMeatloaf was previously made and then warmed up on a grill. Mash taters were as smooth as you get, it seems from a box. The gravy pour from a can or powder just add water. The last time I had such meal as this, I was in Junior High in Maplewood,Mo. chowing down in the cafeteria. Ignorant of what fresh, well made food is available in the world.Service was a bit iffy.A big sign saying New Management. Which has a long way to go. A very dated furniture and gloomy inside dining area. Must be better looking at night.Until a grand opening I suggest you pass on by.Good breakfast buffet. Well, I finally was hungry enough, woke up on time & the parking lot was not full.SooooAll you can eat breakfast buffet with surprising good coffee. About 8 bucks. It is solid quality and good price.Yours choices are design your omelet, sausage, bacon, biscuits & gravy ,scramble eggs, potatoes, pancake, flapjacks, hash, toast etc.The folks were great the omelet guy good. Severs kept your coffee mug full as needed. Food was all fresh and tasty. It is very causal. So if you are really hungry come on down.1 patron had a 6 inch high plate with nothing but bacon. MMMMMMMMMM bacon.A delight

AWESOME ! Food is terrific! Bravo! FUN FUN FUN!. First off,i read some reviews … Are these people from Planet Earth? Hello Mcfly…! The Food is Terrific! Tony the owner, seated us Came around durning our meal asked if everything was ok,and walked us out and talked awhile. I felt truly like a special guest. Knew he was a New yorker! He knows ,food, quality and customer service. These dopes who gave Anthonys a bad review,DO NOT know what they are talking about. Our Waitress Kat, was totally attentive, classy, freindly fun,and best of all made a couple recommendations which were spot on.The stuffed Mushrooms appetizer are sooo good. And the french onion Soup,to die for. Served in a crock,ol’ style with the cheese on top. The best. The entrees were cooked PERFECTLY,and the presentation was exceptional. I went on Karoke night, which def might annoy some,it’s def quirky but kinda cute,AND there were actually a few folks who could sing! LOL!.America’s got Talent and Idol Have No fear though. Overall It was a fun dining exp,and i def will be a regular from now on. Price wise It’s certainly Not bad for between $40-50 per couple for complete meal drinks and tip. For 20-25 P/p this place is terrific! Located right on Del Prado in The Cape It Gets a big thums up ! 5 Stars! Bravo Tony!

Anthony’s is really only an outside bar and that is all it is good for. The food was flavor-less and sub par. The decor is straight out of the eighties and it is very dirty looking and needs to be redone badly. They say they are the best in the Cape but they are clearly not good for food.

2 thumbs DOWN!. I was given a gift certificate to this resteraunt, so I decided to use it for my birthday. The web site advertises a discount for the birthday meal. I thought how great is that. Me and my daughter were going to dine in, but her baby became sick. I decided to place a carry out order. When I presented the gift certificate, the waitress acted like there was a problem She was unsure if I could use it for carry out. There was no such disclaimer on the certificate. After conferring with the manager, it was determined I could use it. After ringing up my order with out the discount, I enquired about that. She again took issue, stating she didn’t think I could use it for carry out. There was no such disclaimer in their website advertisement. After conferring with the manager, he stated it could not be used with the gift certificate. WHAT? I guess they make up the rules as they go along. It didn’t get any better when I got the food. I ordered fried scallops with rice pilaf. The scallop breading was really not that good and the rice was luke warm. My daughter ordered chicken cordon blu with mashed potatoes and gravy. The gravy tasted like the same processed crap KFC uses and the chicken was overcooked and dried out. The sauce was horrible. She barely ate any of it. The salad consisted of cheap iceberg lettuce and didn’t even come with tomatoes. I ordered chicken wings and they too were over cooked, dried out and completely inedible. Thank God we had birthday cake, which by far was much better than the stuff they served us. I have never had so much trouble to redeem a gift certificate or to receive an advertised discount. That alone was enough to prevent me from ever going back there again. And the stuff they called food was so bad I wouldn’t even feed it to the dog. I do not recommend this place at all!

AN ALL AROUND GOO PLACE. I can’t believe the ratings on this restaurant. I would never hesitate to eat there. If you want to criticize the steaks, etc, go to a 5 star restaurant. That is not what this is. The food is generally good. Tell me where you can get a comparable prime rib dinner for $10.00. It is a local pub and that is what you get. But I can assure you there is not another restaurant in Cape Coral that can anywhere compare to the way Anthony gives back to our community. He is always having fundraisers, whether a bike ride, for Breast Cancer, Veterans and everyone has a good time. He is an outstanding citizen of our community and very much cares about what goes on. So they don’t have the fanciest tables and chairs. Who cares. Go to those places and ask for a donation for your organization.
