BOTH times they were closed or closing.How can you run a business if you do not maintain proper business protocol(for a lack of another phrase)2017 AprilHere is my 2 cents on the food and chatter.Chit chat…. I have been here before for the the same item ,Rib tips. But this time around it was bad. The tips were over smoked and dry. The sauce was mediocre not spicy nor very sweet. My side of pasta salad was not up to par. A house brand of italian dressing would be better.The 2 saving things, the collard greens were great and service was stellar.Maybe next time….Everyone has a off day!!!Beach Brothers BBQ, Del Prado, Cape Coral, FL., A growling in the tummy and some chatter. Finally an entree , reasonable price and excellent food.. I got the friday special. Ribs tips with sides, my choice was dirty rice & potato salad, 11 bucks.The tips were boneless, meaty, a bit fatty, with a flavorful sauce Fat is flavor..The sauce was just right not too sweet just right for me. The dirty rice has a nice kick. The tater salad almost as good as my own. The portions were just the correct size for the price.I feel justified in giving them 5 stars. The price, portions and quality of the meal all came together..Oh yes Katelyn, though a bit of a newbie did a great job as my server.
