EPIC. The chef is extremely talented. Our dining experience was great. All the foods were delicious and presented as an art form. The chef would visit the dining room to insure his guests are happy. Not to mention the restaurant is beautiful..A great kept secret on the cape…..tell everyone
Eight of us went out to dinner tonight to celebrate a special occasion. The food & the presentation of the food was fabulous. The entres were big city entres at half the price you would pay in the big city. I had the lobster bisque which was chock-full of lobster and just delicious. My entre was the odd he tuna which was a huge portion and perfectly done. We would highly recommend making this restaurant one of our favorites and top restaurants to go to.

We are still talking about it and can’t wait to go back!! The FOOD WAS ABSOUTELY AWESOME and the servers did a great job with our big group! You don’t want to miss this one!!!!
Blaze raises the bar in the Cape. Blaze Bistro is the bomb! The food and service are at a level far above most SW Florida venues and one of the top 3 in Cape Coral.You won’t be disappointed!!Starting at the warm greeting at the entrance to paying the check, the entire staff was friendly, appropriately attentive and very helpful. Our server, Tiffany, knew the menu and made great suggestions. The front of house manage kept their finger on the pulse of the room to make sure staff was available, even calling in backup staff when they had a very large party show up!The food was fresh, beautifully prepared with skill and knowledge of complimentary flavors.Support this place, Cape Coral, and we can inspire other places in the Cape, that are not in the top 5, to raise their game.
