Delicious. We had the Mongolian Beef and Chicken Fried Rice very tasty, well prepared with quality beef. The vegetables were fresh not overcooked. The rice light and tasty. Nothing had that heavy sodium taste. Service was terrific. Definitely will be returning.
Fantastic!. We moved here from the NE, where great Chinese food, especially the flavor rich Hunan and Szechuan types, was easy to find. We had nearly given up, then Chen’s opened, and we are thrilled with the food and service! They do a great day-long Chinese New Year celebration, but every day it is a classy, wonderful oasis of great food. I have never had anything that less than beautiful and delicious.They also have a frequent diner program. Perfect.
This place was once good but now it is terrible. The service is pathetic, the servers are rude, the food takes forever to come out and then is cold. This is a place to avoid at all costs. Only go here if you have 2 hours to have a subpar meal with terrible service.
Food Excellent, Service Sucked. Food was AMAZING. Had the Singaporean Noodles, shrimp moo shu, general tso chicken, bourbon chicken, honey garlic chicken, egg rolls, and children’s chicken strips. Best dishes were in that order. Highly recommend the food, but out waitress (I believe her name was FuSun) was very disappointing. We needed refills the majority of our visit and felt forgotten about. We were a table of 7 in the middle of the room………. Yeah. Other than sorry service I would definitely go back.
Doesn’t like it!!!!. I ordered beef with vegetables. The beef tasted like rotten fish!!!!!!!!! Horrible I won’t be eating any Chinese food for a while. I ordered it take out so I drove back there, brought the uneaten rotten food with me. They had one table of elderly women dining in, I didn’t want to upset them, so I politely and quietly told the host. She was extremely RUDE.!!!!!!!!!
We thought the food was fairly decent and the restaurant and bathrooms seemed really clean. However, one night we ordered take-out and I had a huge, dead black fly in my lo mein. It was absolutely disgusting!! I will never eat there again.
Best Chinese in the Cape by far!. Chen’s is by far the best Chinese food in Cape Coral! The prices are fair and the food is actually served hot! Unlike Chinese buffets whose food may kill you as it is not up to temp. Chen’s makes your food to order. The service is good and the atmosphere is great! If you want to eat as much as you can of poor quality, poisonous food, go to one of the many lousy buffets. If you want a great Chinese meal made to order in pleasant surroundings Chen’s is top notch. I highly reccomend it. By far , Chen’s is the best sit down Chinese restaurant in Cape Coral and possibly all of southwest Florida
