El Tropical Cuban Eatery, Hancock Bridge Pkwy, Cape Coral, Fl. Here is my 2 cents on the food and chatter.Well I was going some place else. I had to duck in here cause of the poring rain.I went with the days special, beef stew. It tasted ok. But unusual to have rice and fries with it.Service was spotty though not many folks.I am not a cuban fan.My bill 11 bucks or so. Will I be back? I do not see it in my future.
Just terrible. I highly recommend NOT coming here on Friday or Saturday nights, unless you want to be bombarded by extremely slow and disorganized service, extremely loud music, and extremely loud and disrespectful people. Unless you’re the type of person that likes a large crowd of loud Hispanics dancing to loud music, you shouldn’t come here on the weekend.As far as the food, there obviously wasn’t much effort into cooking it. We ordered three palomilla steaks and all three had to be taken back to be cooked more because they were severely undercooked when we asked for all three to be cooked well. They also completely forgot to cook most of our side dishes.All in all, it was a terrible experience.
