My husband and I stopped in for lunch. The hostess was rude. We wait some time for the waitress to take our order. We both ordered the Lobster Bisque. It was very bland that we could not finish it. We are long time residents of Cape Coral. We will not be back to this restaurant! I cannot say that I will recommend this place to my friends or co workers.
Excellent. Great seafood! Delicious fish and chips. Every thing is fresh.
I have had my fair share of shrimp scampi. I would definitely order this dish again and recommend it. Beware, it does have a lot of oil and butter. A tad but more garlic would be nice but the shrimp were cooked perfectly. Another plus, the dish had a ton of large shrimp compared to most so the $20 price point makes sense. By a ton, there were probably 8-12 if I had to guess. The Caesar salad with anchovies was creamy and tasty; I would order and recommend. The seafood chowder was good, but I have had better at many places on Sanibel. I would recommend this over the bisque. The lobster bisque was alright; a little watery with a strong sherry flavor. In the reviews I read it had big chunks of fish but there were barely any in the two cups the table ordered. I would not order the bisque again, although for $6, perhaps everyone should try it. A little thicker and it would be spot on. Four beers, one entree, an entree Caesar salad ($10) and three cups of soup was about $70. Their appetizers looked innovative, so I am excited to go back and try more. There doesn’t seem to be a bar to sit at, so plan on getting a table, inside or out. At 4:50pm there was only one table seated, by 5:40, all of the inside tables were full (It was too cold for outdoor seating).
Amazing presentation and stellar service every single visit
Very Delicious Seafood!. Very good food, friendly staff, and cool dcor. This restaurant is very clean with sea life on the walls. So many good choices on the menu. I had the fried fish, shrimp, and scallops platter. My husband had salmon. Next time we come here, I’ll try one of the sandwiches. This place is located across from Big Johns Plaza. It’s easier to park there and walk across the street. Will recommend to friends and family.
This is one of the best restaurants in SW Florida. Trendy and chic atmosphere, great service and great food. Life doesn’t get any better than this!
Don’t Go. It was 430 PM on a Monday 3-3-14. Not crowded or real busy. There were 5 adults in our group. For starters the server was very curt and had a horrible attitude. The soup was excellent as was the salad. One had fish and chips and the fish was overdone. One had the special (lambchops) order medium rare and came rare. One had a mixed grill with a small filet ordered medium rare and came well done. The shrimp were not quite done. Two ordered grouper dinners. The fish was barely room temperature, way over done and bones in the fish. The vegetables were mixed medley. Could not have been cooked over 1 minute. The carrots and green beans could not be cut. Needless to say we will never return. Advise that you NOT GO THERE.
