  The worst. …. The food is horrible. ..the service is just as bad. Customer service people are not engaged at all…they could care less if you were there or not. Don’t go there to eat..the food in the buffet seams to be sitting for some time…dry and tasting bad. I’ve been therespective a few times in the past few weeks and it doesn’t seem to change…take my advice. ….close it and do something else. You’ve ruined the the name…..

  Tanks. Hallo, My Name is Silvia and I’m from Germany. Last Year me and my Family made Holiday in cape coral. We had dinner at kfc. Our meal was great, the Kids loved it. The gey whow helped us was very kind. We think his name is Marc. Next Year wie will make Holiday in cape coral again, and than we’ll come to kfc. We are looking forward to eat at kfc and to talk with Mark .

  Taste less/ has improved. Well it has been a while since I been a patron of KFC. They lured me in with a BOGO free coupon.I was very surprised. I had just left swimming. And I arrived 5 minutes before they were scheduled. to open. Since was wet I used the drive thru.. I am not like everyone else ….lazy wasting gas while waiting for my order.I placed my order of a 2- 2pc crispy chix meal. ….I timed it. I was gone in less than three minutes. That’s from me giving the order-money transaction & them handing it out the window. ( I do wish they had the spicy crispy chicken though )! was home and munching the meal in 7 minutes. The wedges were crispy, biscuits delightful, the cole slaw crunchy salty/sweet at same time mmmmmmmmmmm good.I was impress with the sized of the chicken . (my fav of drum stick & thigh. ) In comparison to Boston Market they were at least 2-3 times bigger.Plus considering the regular price of $5.99 for just one meal this is quite a bargain.If all the orders are this delightful and filling I would definitely become a regular. BUT……..I like my food the way I like my WOMEN Hot & Spicy.Kudos to the crew for such a good experience. update I have been here a few. times. Nothing special . My most recent was the bone less chicken promotion.. THIS REALLY SUCKS I thought I was eating a large nugget. The meat was dried and tasteless. The counter people were so-so. I did not feel very welcome. . It was 1145 am on Thursday. I was really piss because the plastic lid on my soda kept coming off or breaking. Corporate fault too cheap on product cost. Will I come back probable but NEVER for the nugget ie boneless crap.JANUARY 2017KFC,Hancock Bridge , Cape Coral, FL.,My 2 cents on the food and chatter. Chit chat. I was feeling lazy, cheap and adventurous. I have been bombarded with the 5 buck meal. So since I never have had the pot pie I decided to give it a try .Medium Pepsi, ( the true nectar of the goods ), no ice, a chocolate cookie and chicken pie. Plus be lazy like most Floridians. I took the drive thru… Gave my order , waited in line for only 5 minutes or less, swiped my card and home in 7 minutes or less.Pepsi excellent, pie very good, large chunks of carrots , pieces of taters, chunks of white meat chicken. I am not a fan of white meat but it was fine. Nice gravy, but too wet as my wifey would state. Also a bit too salty for me. Not a big cookie but a decent cookie But hey 5 bucks to fill you up pretty good.As I said serve was quick.
