  Completely horrible experience. Very rude, when I told them that the cake was going to feed 20 people and it was small. They attempted to give me a cake that look like it came from the dollar store that would probably feed 6. The LadyCakes on Del Prado in Cape Coral is pure Crap. You will be disappointed that you spent so much time and money on these people. Very friendly when they take your money, extremely unfriendly and rude when your cake that you order a month in advance is not to your liking. They will also try to blame you for their screw up. They will charge you hidden fees if you try to refund. Oh and they will not offer any resolution for wasting your time and money except a check in which you will be charged to cash. They will take really close up pictures of the cake and post it on Facebook to make it look huge. They will lie and tell you that so many people think your cake looks awesome or beautiful, well what people I ask, a handful of likes doesn’t mean a great deal of people actually like the false cake they post. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, they are unholy and will tell lies on their responses to unhappy customer reviews. A prime example is you gave them a $20 tip and say that you only gave them $5. These con artist can’t make a cake to save their life. It was disastrous, I asked for a 3D figure and they just put a cheap picture from the dollar store on the cake, I mean seriously, I asked for a cake to feed 20, and they practically gave me a cupcake on steroids. Do not trust this place, because of their unprofessionalism and rudeness about the cake, and the fact they tried to swindle several of my family members including myself is why the review they are receiving is negative. Their first order of business should be to hire pleasant bakers, instead of people who present themselves in a dark and demented manner. Hey LadyCakes when you read this review tell the truth for once when you respond. Tell the people reading this that your employees were indeed rude, tell them you did receive a nice tip for an expensive cake. Tell them that you lied to your customers about what they would receive. That is where you should start, by being honest with yourself. Now go ahead and reply with a lie about how we didn’t give you guidance, listen if I have to give you guidance on how to bake a cake then why are you even working there. Reply with the cheap refund you received from us, when indeed I have the copy of the receipt that we tipped nicely, or reply on how our cake is getting rave reviews when indeed there was not a single review on your Facebook page. Get over yourself LadyCakes, seriously and stop screwing honest hard working Americans over by taking our money and lying to our face.
