DECEMBER 2018Thai Nawa, Pine Island Rd., Cape Coral, Fl., Here is my 2 cents on the food and chatter. This is my favorite place for comfort food, Thai style. The food is always fresh, looks great & taste great. One of the few joints where you can get it so hot it makes your eyeballs sweat.I went for the national dish of Pad Thai. Everyone fav. You cannot go wrong. The spicier the better for this entree. Plus some fried dumplings for a appetizer.Service is always stellar.A tip on parking. There is one handicapped stall plus other spaces if you use the back door. Per fire regulations this door is always unlocked. Parking can be difficult the food is that good. October 2018Thai Nawa, Pine Island Rd., Cape Coral, Fl. Here is my 2 cents on the food and chatter. This is one of my favorite places. The food is filling and as hot & spicy as you can get.I got the chef special Pad Paradise. A twist on the national dish with added stuff.I got it so it literally made my eye balls sweat. Along with a thai tea. Service is always outstanding.Lets not forget the crispy spring rolls. Very thin and crunchy. If you love Thai cuisine you MUST come to this casual wonderful eatery. But be warned. Asking for a number 4 on the heat scale WILL burn your lips.Wimps in florida stick to 3 or a 2. November 2017Thai Nawa, Pine Island Rd., The Cape, Fl., Here is my 2 cents on the food and chatter. The food.I do not recall the name. ( see PIC) I cannot pronounce it. I do know it was OUTSTANDING.Hot fresh ingredients just a wonderful meal. My appetizer of fried tofu is a great item for the veggie heads. Terrific sauce. The service is stellar. Along with a better and cheaper coffee than St*r b*cks. If you love Thais cuisine you must come here.June 2017Thai Nawa Cuisine, Pine Island Rd., Cape Coral, Fl. Here is my 2 cents on the food, chatter and a rant and a rave. The Food. Ahh the spring egg roll with a mild dipping. MMMMM good.SEVEN SIEN NOODLE(Pad Woonsen)*…$10.95 Pan fried glass noodles with spicy garlic sauce, egg, chicken, shrimp, onion, green onion, cabbage, bean sprouts, carrot, bell pepper, and celery . This is marvelous thai entree. You may have it a bit spicy all the way to make your eyeballs sweat thai spicy.Lets not forget the Thai ice tea or coffee deliciously sweet only $2.50 cheaper and better than star Bocks..The service is quick. Everything in made to order. No process stuff. This place does no advertising. It has been here for 3 years. All word of mouth.Just outstanding.Rave… The Thai coffee or tea.. Wonderfully sweet and a bargain at 2.50 ( Folks come here just for this item)Rant… I wish they were closer to me.Good thai. Well as of this writing Thai Nawa has been open for about 19 days. As all new places it is having growing pains and need to make adjustments. My server Destiny was outgoing and a bit chatty.I finally found a eatery which knows what hot & spicy means. So if you are NOT a wimp order thai hot.My dish Spicy basil was hot and delish. All ingredients were fresh and made to order. The prices were a tad high, but, when dealing with ethnic foods you pay more when obtaining good quality authentic stuff. So give them some love and patience and review them is 6 months. If they do not make your expectation then by all mean stop being a patron & trash them in a review.AUGUST 2016
