Lot of work needed to become better. What was not wrong ! Hostest did not know if tables was open. The place was pretty empty. We waited a few mins she sat us at dirty tables . We got an app,was Burt deep fried . Our food came wrong sides. Auju’ dip tasted like soy sause . The waiter said they ran out of mashed potatoes and broccoli so they just gave me what ever …. The only good thing was the waiter was a nice English man but sorry that’s not why I came here lol
SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. The server counted the tip at the table And told us it wasn’t adequate. We were shocked and told her she could give it back, she walked away and complained loudly to a co-worker.

Reservations. Place appeared half full – had reservations for 5 @ 6;30. Arrived 5 minutes early, lost the reservations and said it would be at least 30 monutes. Went accross the hall to Ruby Tuesday, 5 minute wait. Good food great server.. Not sure if we will try again…
What has Happened?!!!. Just ate there with my Mom. Worst service we ever had anywhere. They will never see us again. Place has gone to hell in the last few months. Look across the mall at Ruby Tuesday of Pt Charlotte. There’s a reason they are packed and Alli-gators is empty. I wish I could take the measly tip I left back. The server didn’t deserve a nickel.
Love Alli-Gators. My husband and I just love Alli-Gators and when we have company we always bring them there – food is great and we just love Crystal and the rest of the staff that wait on us. We always sit in the bar part. We have been coming here for 3 years and never miss going to Alli-Gators. Great Job everyone!
Great Restaurant. I’ve read the reviews and disagree with the ones that didn’t think it was good. I’ve been their three times and have never had a bad meal. In fact, everything I and others in our group had was excellent. The service was great and our server never once forgot about us. The last time we were there we had 8 people in our group and everyone got their food on time and it was all hot and very good. A great place to go for a good meal that is not very expensive. The two for one drinks are a bonus.
