Nice friendly place. Im not from around this area and just happened to spot the restaurant as I was driving by. It looked like a good local place and there were a few cars outside, so I stopped in. Glad I did. I went with the Seafood Strudel and although it didnt totally rock my world it was still a good dinner. Wrapped in a pastry was a mixture of small shrimp, tiny scallops, and a mixture of crab and lobster. It all had a good flavor. A sauce was added to the top so it was tough to tell whether the pastry was flakey but it all worked well together. It also came with a starch, I selected rice, a veggie, and a salad.It was a Sunday on the off-season so was pretty quiet, but it looks like the place can also be vibrant. A Supper Club as well as a restaurant, they have a dance floor and live entertainment a few days a week. The layout of the restaurant lends itself for enjoying a show. And as a seafood restaurant it had the usual mounted fish, but also a couple of nice murals. It was a friendly Hon, or Honey or Sweetheart type of visit. I liked the place.
