  Not very good and unsure why so popular. Have to admit it escapes me why this chain is so popular. I have been to locations on the West Coast and here, and I think this local one is the worst of all the ones I’ve tried. The shrimp are especially weak at this location. But none of them are really worth going to and I’ve only ever done it because someone else wanted to go. I find the steaks to taste rather flavorless and also to seem like they are either treated with something, or whatever the cattle were fed leads to an off taste. The dressings and dips etc. are heavy and I honestly dislike all of them that I’ve tried. I’ve had the Blooming Onion which is very popular with friends that like this restaurant but again, why they like it escapes me, as it is always far too greasy, with an unpleasant coating, and the onion usually doesn’t have any flavor. Finally, the drinks at this location are not well prepared and are skimpy on the alcohol. The service is harried but respectful; I think the staff are under a lot of pressure for various reasons but they all seem to put customer service first, which I admire, because that can be a hard thing to keep up under duress.

  FOR A QUICK GOOD MEAL. The food was fresh , very good; and portions were ample.the service was polite efficient, and prompt.the value was excellent.the atmosphere a tiny bit cramped, but all in all well worth it.for an enjoyable eveing go.
