Great broccoli cheese soup. I spent a lot of time in this Ruby’s over the years. My daughter was a picky eater — one of the drawbacks of raising a kid as a vegetarian (my ex-wife’s choice.) But even when she was sick, my kid would eat Ruby Tuesday’s broccoli cheese soup. It had decent nutritional value, too. And I enjoyed the heck out of Ruby’s AYCE salad bar. I don’t eat at chain restaurants much any more — my tastes in food have gotten more sophisticated — but I still give Ruby Tuesday’s a thumb’s up.
