Terrible Customer Service!. This review is coming from people that have ordered from Faull Inn many times. After ordering a pizza with bacon and green peppers, we received a pizza with chicken and green peppers – No big deal, people make mistakes and we understand this. We called to explain the situation expecting the usual oh we’re sorry let us send another pizza out to you. Instead what we heard was how we were liars and did not order the pizza that way and was hung up on by the owner of the business. Our family spent 20 years serving the Chicago land area in the food and restaurant business and never once talked to or treated one single customer in this manner. We are very saddened with the way Faull Inn and it’s ownership responded to this situation. We thought we found a good place to order pizza here in Englewood as we love the pizza and the delivery service, which is free, has always been good (always tipped $4-$5 ask any driver). The owner of this business has a whole bunch to learn about customer service and for that reason we will never spend another dollar in his establishment. Shame on you if you read this review, you had regular customers that have spent a good deal of money in your place of business.
Great Food. We live close by and class this as our local. We’ve owned Bars and Restaurants for years and the food is excellent and the bar staff are great. One or two of the Waitresses need to be a bit more ‘pleasant’ but overall the place is ‘good value for the money’.
Englewood Service Center. Great pizza! Cold beer! Nice Friday night karaoke crowd. Fun neighborhood bar and grill.
Bad Food. If you want to eat food from a box…this is the place…we did not have anything fresh…it was all frozen…….The shrimp, fries, calamari and clams…….greasy and tasted like the oil had been used 100 times…….will not go there again

Small little bar atmosphere with awesome pizza. I got the white pizza with spinach and fresh sliced tomato. Very fresh 🙂
