I have been going this coffee shop for going on five years now, and it’s been absolutely splendid every single time. The staff are warm, friendly, and know you by name. The coffee is divine and the food is inventive and flavorful. I would definitely reccomend this shop to anyone and everyone living in, visiting, or passing through Citrus County.
Best cup of joe EVER!. Great place, great people, great food & drinks! The owner’s are wonderful and so is the staff. Always friendly! This will always be our favorite coffee shop. Vegetarian options are great too! Outdoor seating is always a plus. Fresh roasted coffee is the only kind to drink! Love the fact we are supporting local.
Great Coffee. I used to come to this place all the time when I lived in Hernando but now I live in NYC. I now just have to have the beans shipped to me every few weeks because I have yet to find a place in NYC that does a better job roasting fresh beans than James.

Fabulous Spot. My husband and I made our 2nd trip yesterday. The coffee and breakfast sandwiches were great. The only thing I can complain about is too many choices, LOL. Seriously, this is a diamond in the rough here in Citrus Co. It’s a few miles out of the way for those of us living in Inverness, but worth the drive. Hey, Crystal River, they’re opening up a 2nd location next month. Please support this place, you’ll be glad you did. We’ll be back!!!Jodi
Missin yall. My husband and I had the extreme pleasure of finding this amazing treasure in Florida! The coffee was great and the food….oh my gosh! I wish we lived even somewhat close to this spot of paradise…all the best to say about Cattle Dog. May I also say that the service was great, way to go to Charley for the prompt and friendly service! LOVE THIS PLACE. I love the coffee, pastries and sandwiches.The help is also exceptional. It is a friendly place just to hang out.
