Still one of my favorite place for quick Mexican food. I always get the crane asada burrito and chicken taquitos. It hasn’t changed at all since I left Gainesville 12 years ago. Be sure to ask for extra red sauce. It’s awesome!
Super fast and tasty food. I really love this place. They are efficient and always friendly, have a great selection of veggie options, and the prices are cheap. I love their tempeh burritos and the cheese enchiladas are simply great. What more could you ask for from a walk up taco stand? Perfection.
The Best Cheapie Taco. These are the best cheapie tacos around. Always tastes good and they have veggie and tempeh tacos/burritos. Nachos and breakfast burritos are also amazing. I have never heard anyone say they disliked El Indio. Green or red salsa and nice people taking orders. Everything is done in a few minutes. I do not even mind eating outside on the picnic tables.
*** BE CAREFUL!!! ***. Make sure to read the prices on the menu because some cashiers here make it their mission to OVER CHARGE. It has happened on multiple occasions to me and friends. Either make sure you read the menu or ask for a receipt. This is also being looked into. Just a warning 🙂
Great Mexican. Burritos are awesome, the combo is great ( I love the black beans and Rice) definitely say yes when they ask if you want hot sauce on the side, It’s to really hot sauce but delicious salsa that begs to be poured on whatever you’re eating. Good for breakfast tooFYI: apple burrito is good but it’s just a fried burrito with typical apple pie filling inside, good but not great.
Nothing special. Just another burrito place. I definitely prefer Burrito Bros. There’s nothing really wrong with this place, but there’s nothing particularly great about it – It’s got more of a fast-foody vibe and all the containers are styrofoam… lots of unnecessary waste.
Good prices and good food. You will be sitting outside or carrying away, but worth it.
