I’m a Fan. I eat here every time I pass through Gainesville. Last time I went I took a Vietnamese food snob with me. She loved it.
This was by far the best Pho I have had. The service was fast and pleasant.
Best Pho in Florida. No question. I love Vietnamese food and always search out new restaurants in my travels. I have to come to Gainesville once a month to bring my dog for treatment at the university. I have eaten in most of the Vietnamese restaurants in the area and this is the best…..hands down. Firstly, the restaurant is very clean and inviting. Secondly, the service is friendly although the owners seem to stay in the kitchen. The menu is authentic and one can easily tell the owners are Vietnamese. Finally, it is VERY affordable!Now for the food….The pho broth was extremely flavorful and the beef was high quality and enough to satisfy. The spring rolls were freshly made and the peanut sauce accompanying them was very excellent. I will be back to try other dishes.
