A longtime Gainesville staple. That’s because every time you get amazing food, a diverse crowd, and a little piece of Lebanon. This family run business puts out amazing fresh food daily as well as amazing desserts, try the cornflake baklava! A must visit on the local eatery list. And don’t be afraid to shop at their mini grocery on the wall for worldly ingredients.

Italian is the Twirl Girl’s favorite … and she had just earned her First … 1st Place in a solo event! … So we wanted to treat her to Lasagna.We all agreed a good Gyro would do for lunch before we started the long drive back to the Emerald Coast! We were not disappointed! We started out with appetizers … fresh hummas and stuffed grape leaves, warm pita bread … Wow! It quickly brought back memeories of the best street food in the Mid-East! We followed with Gyros for the 3 of us and a salad for the girl. The Gyros were superb! Filled to the brim with meat and fresh veggies. Mine was a platter that included rice. My daughter was not thrilled with her salad, so she chowed down on my platter and loved everything. We ordered a couple of baklava to finish out the meal. Yes!. I love Gyro Plus and have been going there for years. The food is always cheap and always great. The service is very quick and it is clearly a family-run place. These are the only gyros I will eat now. Great fries too.
