Skip the kabab wrap, it wasn’t very good. The chicken korma was amazing. The girl behind the counter was a little unfriendly and doesn’t seem to know the food. The fountain soda machine is mostly just water. I’ve been back since this review and never seen that girl again. The korma is still amazing, and everything I’ve tried except the wrap has been as well.
Due to the lack of good Indian food in the town, this can be considered as the best Indian food in Gainesville.Food is anything but fancy, just about fine and the service is okay.During lunch time, both naan and rice are free with most of the menu items.
Honestly one of my favorite places to eat in Gainesville. It’s just good. My go-to is the Chicken Tikka Masala. It can be a little more expensive than other places (I’d be prepared to spend 15-20 dollars) but the portions are very large, even for a regular size. You won’t leave hungry. Try the Mango Lassi sometime you feel like splurging a few extra bucks.
