Since the opening of the new location, Outback Gainesville has improved. This is a chain and a person shouldn’t expect super high quality food from a chain. The steaks are fine and usually cooked to.the proper temperature.The Caesar salads are very good. Probably my favorite menu item. Don’t order the mashed potatoes. Gross.They have good specials throughout the week so it is worth it to visit then.The new restaurant is really attractive and the bar has a nice ambiance.
