You cannot get a bad meal at this place. This by far is my favorite Resturant. The menu changes pretty often but everything is always outstanding! The freshness of every ingredient comes through because the chef here is truly an artist. Mixing flavors you didn’t even think would mesh so well. I could talk on this Resturant for paragraphs and it wouldn’t do it justice. It’s just a must try!
Outstanding!. We hosted a baby shower last weekend and we could not have imagined how wonderful the Paramount would be. First, the ease of working to plan the event was so easy. We selected a few dishes from the brunch menu, an appetizer and dessert. The atmosphere, service and food was wonderful. Everyone attending was so pleased and no one left hungry. Food portions, quality and presentation exceeded expectations. We will surely return when we are back inGainesville. Thank you to the folks at Paramount for making our day so extra special. 🙂

Enjoyed our meal! The brunch was outstanding and impressive! The food presentation was picture pirfect and food quality was superb.
Good spot for a business dinner …. The setting is elegant and uncrowded with tablecloths and neatly laid out flatware, service is prompt, friendly and unobtrusive; the menu offers a fair array of tasty options at reasonable prices. Not much to complain about here so you can focus on getting some business done without fear of somebody being let down by the dining experience.
Horrible. Went for lunch with a group of 11. Waitress did not put order in for over an hour after taking our orders. Drinks came after an hour. Food was cold, raw, or so over-cooked/burnt that it was not edible. Only got 4 to 7 french fries with meals. Was a horrible experience. Would never suggest to anyone.
Good and Helpful. The food was good, although the goat cheese and herb biscuits were dry. My mother ordered a stir fry dish that came out very spicy- they happily remade it for her without the sauce. Decor reminded us of Paris and we were impressed by how many people were turned away (we got the last table available for a couple of hours) and how popular the restaurant seemed to be. Definitely call for reservations.
