As Military Veterans, we were belittled, talked down to, and disrespected by general manager Greg Jasinski at the Gainesville, Florida location on Veterans Day. He has such a poor attitude and should NOT be working in customer service. We are a Military Veteran family and we went in on Veterans Day with the family to what we were hoping was a pleasant and enjoyable meal until we came in contact with the general manager Greg Jasinski. He talked down to and belittled us. He was very aggressive and made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. We have been going to this location since they opened some 25 years or so ago and have always had nothing but awesome experiences until today. We have never in our life been treated so rudely by someone in customer service. We were trying to ask about the call ahead seating and the GM answered with a disgusting attitude. He was very rude, obnoxious, aggressive, hateful, and would cut us off with an aggressively rude answer without letting us finish out sentences. We actually had a couple questions but he wouldn’t let us get a word in edgewise to try to find out the information we needed. His employment position should seriously be reviewed by corporate as to his future with this company. His aggressiveness made my family scared and they were actually shaking. My family literally lost their appetite and felt sick to their stomach. It might have been a little more tolerable if it was just me that he was talking to but when he is aggressive towards my whole family then that takes it to a whole other level. We do hope Corporate reads this so that they have an idea of who is running the Gainesville, Florida store.
