First the good stuff: The food was good. We had the pretzel appetizer and a burger. Both tasty and reasonably priced. The drink menu was interesting and the drinks were good. The place is cool and has about 1 million TVs above bar for games.Now the bad stuff: The service was god-awful. It took 30 minutes for our drinks to come. And they came without the waters we reqested. So we sat at the table for half an hour being very thirsty.When our waitress brought our drinks she asked if we were ready to order food. Problem with that? We had ALREADY ordered food. She had obviously forgotten to put our order in. She said, ‘The kitchen is really backed up,’ and raced away to put in our order. People who were sat 45 minutes after us were served before us.Also people came in the back door and wondered around and sat themselves only to be told they needed to see the hostess at the front of the restarant. I watched this happen to a table near us 5 times, while we were waiting for our food.We will go back, but the service really needs to be improved. And they need to do something about the hostess situation.
