Best baguette in America, as good as being in France
Love, Love, Love!!! Everything is fab…rosemary seasalt bread, ham and gruyere french roses, sugar cookies, croissants, chocolate hazelnut spread…everything!
Delicieux. Seriously, this place is just about as good as it gets in Gainesville if you’re looking for a high-quality French/European bakery. The staff is okay.. can be kind of snobbish at times. I came back from a study abroad in Paris and was surprised to find how close some of the goods here are to the real thing back in Europe. Can be a bit pricey, but I think it’s worth it. In additon to the pastries, they have a great selection of breads, cheeses, and wines. Try to go to one of their tastings to discover all that they have to offer!
Honestly very good. I have been going here for years and have never been disappointed, the rosemary bread is amazing.
Outstanding bread. Outstanding bakery with pretty bad customer service and very high prices, wotth it every bite.
Good, but won’t go back. The pain au chocolat was splendid and their other selections also looked divine, but I might as well have been invisible or smelling awful for the attention they gave me. I was one of two customers in the shop and there were at least three staff members working- the youngest one of which finally asked me if I’d like anything. Good pastries aren’t worth bad service, so I doubt I’ll be back.
Excellent baguette & crossaint. It’s nice to find a real French bakery in Florida. These folks take it seriously and it shows. Incredible crust and flavor in the bread. Tasty, flaky croissant.
