Horrible. Food was overcooked and dry. Service was nonexistant and was told to pay for the meal because it came to the table. No apologies were given and had to argue to get a partial refund will never return and you shouldnt either
My wife and I have come to love this restaurant. The food is great and the service is excellent. This is our new spot for wings and they are as good as I have had in the last several years. Get there early or reserve a booth or table, they are always packed! Fun atmosphere and friendly wait staff!
My new Orange Park wing place. I quit getting wings around here, they were always scrawny and dry, but Big Dawgs has great wings. The fries were perfect too. I’ll be back.
Review. The service was alright but I will definitely not be coming back anytime soon. My order came out incorrectly and I ended up paying for something that I didn’t even get. And on top of that the food was dry and overcooked. Really dissatisfied
Horrible service and even worse management. I could t believe how rude these people were. I’ve never had an account on here before and just made one so I could warn everyone else… Yes it’s that serious. Booooo:( two thumbs down

WORST SERVICE!!!. My family and I have been going to Big Dawgs for the last 2 years and are usually pretty satisfied. Tonight our server Kati L, as it said on the ticket was more interested in flirting with a table of bikers than serving her other tables. After being ignored for 20 minutes after taking our order I walked to the bar to get our drinks and asked another server to check on our food. When the bill came she tried to charge us for the drinks I paid cash for at the bar. COMPLETELY CLUELESS! We weren’t the only customers that served themselves.
