The pizza is always delicious and delivered quickly. We have always been impressed by the delivery drivers–very friendly and professional. Five star is great as an option when you don’t want to cook, but want to enjoy some delicious food –and fast!
Disgusting pizza, horrible service.. I used to eat at this establishment regularly, until the other night when I was given a less than satisfactory product. The pizza they expected me to pay nearly $20 for was disgusting looking. No one wants to eat anything that looks unappetizing. I was refused a refund and had to argue in order to get a new pizza delivered. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. Clearly this company does not care about their customers. My family will not be dining at Five Star Pizza ever again. I also think that it is rather discouraging that in our attempts to contact the proprietor of this location we are just constantly told we can not speak with him. Robert Clarry (SP?) you need to really reevaluate the people that you hire. Phone representatives should never ever be rude.
