Worst Japanese Steakhouse ever. The food and the show that they’re supposed to provide it’s not worth the money
Disappointed in their cashier.. My daughter and I enjoyed a nice meal of sushi but we’re very disappointed when the cashier did not ring up the bill correctly. My daughter wanted to pay part in cash and the rest on her debit card. The cashier took the cash for herself and rang up the bill completely on her debit card. As with many teenagers my daughter did not have a large balance in her checking account and the theft of the cash payment showed up quickly. Of course the receipt only showed the entire balance being applied to the debit card and no accounting for the cash that she wanted applied to the bill first.Diner beware!
Great japanese food. Best Japanese food I’ve had in JAX. Atmosphere not as nice as some Japanese places but the food was great!
Only place we will eat sushi. Best SUSHI! We come from Fleming Island at least 3 times a month. There is no where else on this side of bridge to eat sushi. Quick service and love the Crunchy Roll and Red Dragon! The BEST, they don’t mince up the tuna which we love, generous serving sizes and the staff is always pleasant.
Bad Sushi. The worst dynamite roll ever! It was soggy, greasy. It was extremely overpriced. I will not be returning.
This was the worst sushi experience I’ve ever had in my life! The softshecrab roll tasted of old sand it was dry colorless and looked old. The cucumber roll had four tiny slivers of cucumber wrapped in rice with nothing on it. The jax roll was so nasty I couldn’t even swallow the first bite. This all came out to around $31 stay far away from this place please!
Our favorite restaurant. We have eaten at almost every restaurant in Jacksonville and Saint Augustine, typically high end restaurants and we always go back to Sushi Rock. Ironically, I don’t eat seafood, but it’s my husband’s favorite. For grill food, we always get filet (if you’re getting steak choose filet) and chicken and my husband loves the shrimp (and scallops). I am obsessed with their ginger dressing on the salad and ginger dipping sauce for filet. I put it on my steamed rice and my husband loves the shrimp sauce on his fried rice.
