Never Again!. My family has been to Luca’s many times in the past couple of years but we went last night and the food was horrible because Luca was not in the kitchen plus it took forever to get our food and the service was not good. I actually thought at first they had new owners so I asked and the waitress said Luca is at the other restaurant. If this quality of food and service continue the restaurant will not be open by the end of this year.
Poor service with the waitress, pizza was okay, lunch special was good for 4$, the room deffinately needs to be dusted, dust on everything. Customers walked In after us and was served before us. Will not be going back the customer service is holding this place back.
First time eating here figured we would give it a try. Walked in no one greeted us. Finally our waiter came out after we seated our selves. We had to get our own menus and find napkins. Our hostess was to busy texting on her cell phone and filling up her own drink to notice out needs. Finally when she notice us she said what did u want to drink no how are you or a welcome. Very rude an not a place I will be going again.
Fair. Service is very poor. Pizza is good but the manicotti is bland and obviously frozen. Garlic knots were the best thing.
Reasonable Prices. This restaurant offers standard Italian fare. They boast of homemade and I will not dispute that. The food was good and plentiful, just not really inspired. The garlic knots were very good; the salad not so good (iceberg lettuce?). A lot of food for the money.
Love this place! Great food for a fair price. Better than homemade, because they even clean the dishes. I would highly recommend Luca’s over any chain restaurant.
