RUDE!!! Good food but they are dreadful to order from!. We love the food never any complaints in that department but they are horrible with customers. They made a mistake once and they could care less. They speak very little English or pretend to. Idk but the young girl who works the front is the most unfriendly person I’ve encountered. I’ve been to several Chinese establishments and have always been treated great. Not this one! It is as if they hate people or their work.

Screwed up order. I ordered three dinners and when I got home the dinners didn’t have the egg rolls. So I called back and talk to an employee who spoke very little English. I told her about the three meals with no egg rolls and she said no problem. When I went back to the store she had the three meals made with no egg rolls and asked for money. I tried to explain I already ordered the meals and didn’t get egg rolls but she HAD NO CLUE what I was saying so I walked out and I will not be back.
Bad customer service. I would rather drive 30 min out of my way to go to a Chinese restaurant with good customer service. I have never been greeted with a smile or a nice gesture. they treat you as of we should just be grateful they are cooking my food. No thanks, they’ve lost my business.
Sent daughter in to order dinner that I always get. They said she ordered a small and refused to correct order. I was given white rice , no egg roll, and half the food of the diner for almost the same price as the dinner. I do not even eat white rice and told owner this on phone. Her reply was it was not her problem. Five plus years of eating here and I am done. I will not go back. If they cannot provide customer service and fix a problem then they no longer need my money.
This place rocks!! The Crab Ragoons are Da Bomb!! The folks here can cook up some great Chinese food!!
