I ordered there about a week ago based on the reviews here. Didn’t have the best rep on here but had some pretty decent good comments. I called to order and I got a really rude gal. Said it takes (at minimum) 1 hour. I was kind of sketched out by that but I didn’t know how far it was. It took 1.5 hours to get a call that they’re on their way. Finally get here….disgusting looking/tasting pizza. Turns out, the shop is literally 10 minutesWALKING distance. This place is terrible. Staff, food, customer service. Terrible. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!
I have been a mikes customer on and off for about 2 years. They have great pizza. The problem comes in with their delivery services and TERRIBLE customer service. I’ve given them many chances but today was the last straw when I called and asked the girl if they were making deliveries today (it’s not a consistent schedule) and she said yes. I said ok I’d like to place an order then. She took the order, asked my name and # but that was it. Assumed she had my address in a database since she didn’t ask for it. 50 min later, no pizza. I call and mike the owner answers. He doesn’t bother asking me my name just tells me my order is on the way soon. 30 more mins I call again and the girl tells me I asked for carry out so it’s still there. Mike gets on the phone to yell at me that I should have specified delivery not carry out and that it’s MY fault. Offered no way of fixing the problem except to bring me an hour old pizza that I would still pay for. I’ve never dealt with a more rude owner of a food establishment that should pride themselves on customer service! Do NOT invest your money in a business that is so awful to their customers!
Pizza was real good. Don’t order calimary or you will be disappointed. Paid 7:99 for a handful of very little pieces of squid. Service was very slow, we hit them at a large rush. Near the end of our time there they finally brought in two more people to help. I’ll go back because the pizza was good and no one else has the same style pizza in this area.
Ingredients. They use the best of the best and stand head and shoulders above most other pizza joints! The haters work for dominoes as drivers! good luck boys!
Love it!. Mike’s Pizza is wonderful. Antipasto salad is awesome and so is pizza. Have been many times and it is always great! Staff could stand to be a little more friendly.
Great crust and never skimpy on the cheese! Usually do akeout.
Cold beer. Great pizza and salad. Terrible service. More often than not the orders are incorrect. Food is very good,other wise I would never come back.
